The walking mode of AGV

AGV is an acronym for automatic guided vehicle. The AGV automatic guided vehicle produced by Henan Perfect Handling Equipment Co., Ltd uses the magnetic strip as the guiding device, and uses the battery as the power to control the automatic guided vehicle to travel along the planned route through the configured PLC control system. The protection device and various auxiliary mechanisms are arranged on the vehicle body to realize the unmanned automatic handling equipment, which is very popular among the personnel in the workshops of the various factories.
The AGV driverless automation is mainly realized by an AGV system consisting of multiple AGVs, computers, navigation devices, charging devices and other ancillary equipment. Mainly under the control of the computer system (PLC) software, control the behavior of the electric flat car, turn, retreat and so on. The walking direction of the AGV automatic guided vehicle can be divided into two types: one is one-way walking, and the other is two-way walking. After reaching point B from point A, if you want to return to point A, the one-way AGV automatic guided vehicle needs to be rotated 180 degrees in reverse driving, while the two-way walking does not need to rotate, and the direct backward movement can directly travel in the opposite direction to point A. The AGV can accurately follow the route set by the system. After reaching the designated position of the task, it can complete a series of operations. The control computer can decide whether to automatically charge to the charging area according to the power of the AGV.
