Turkish customer ordered 3 steerable transfer carts for coil and steel plate, factory relocation, and industrial facility manufacturing. The customer watched our previous YouTube video and became very interested in the trackless transfer trolley. Compared with the traditional rail transfer cart, it is more convenient and flexible, and there is no need to consider the cable and track issues. After communicating with our sales and technical engineers, this BWP electric omnidirectional mobile transfer trolley was manufactured according to the customer’s needs.
Advantage of Battery Operated Transfer Trolley
- Load capacity: 1-500 tons
- Running speed: 0-30m/min (adjustable), endurance is not less than 5km.
- The frame structure material is Q235-B.
- Braking: 2 electromagnetic brakes, European special hardened three-in-one reducer.
- Steering: Hydraulic steering, steering while driving, the direction can be automatically corrected.
- High-frequency intelligent charger: automatic power off when fully charged, charging time does not exceed 8h.
- Anti-corrosion: The steel of transfer cart used is pre-treated by surface rust removal and anti-corrosion before painting.
- The sides and ends of electric cart body are black and orange diagonal stripes for safety warning mobile signs.
