The customer is a high-tech enterprise engaged in-process research and development, material design, equipment integration, and processing services for laser-intelligent high-end manufacturing/remanufacturing and additive manufacturing. The customer was very interested in our electric transfer cart after browsing our FB posts. According to his needs, we designed this battery operated trackless transfer trolley, which can be used with various robot arms of the customer. So far, the customer has given good feedback on its use.
Features of Electric Transfer Cart
- Motorized material handling carts are powered by batteries. The power is supplied to the traction motor through the electrical control module system to realize the start, stop, forward, backward, steering, and other functions of trackless transfer trolley.
- Battery operated transfer trolley can move forward and backward anywhere in the factory, turn while walking, and can also rotate 360 degrees on the spot, which is convenient for transfer and reversing in the narrow space of the workshop. This transfer cart adopts wired handle and wireless remote control operation.
- Electric transfer cart can also be equipped with other auxiliary devices such as positioning devices, clamping devices, and lifting platforms to meet the use requirements of different occasions.
- Industrial transfer car is equipped with distance detection anti-collision sensors and safety bumpers at the front and rear. When the obstacle distance detected by the sensor reaches the emergency parking distance, it will stop immediately. When electric transfer cart turns, turning prompt sound is issued. Sound and light warning devices should be configured at the front and rear to remind and indicate the operating status of electric transfer cart.
- The tires are made of wear-resistant and low-resistance polyurethane wheels, which greatly reduce the driving resistance, making coil transfer cart more stable during driving, able to carry a certain load, and improving the logistics transportation efficiency.
